Delivery Area

Inside Dhaka City – Free shipping on all orders
Outside Dhaka – Standard delivery charges apply (calculated at checkout or confirmed during order placement)

Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 2–3 business days
Orders outside Dhaka may take 3–7 business days, depending on courier service and location
Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Our team will inform you of expected delivery dates at the time of order confirmation

Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days) after confirmation of payment
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure your products arrive safely and on time

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are limited to Bangladesh only

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery status
